Some states have an offense especially called “harassment” that is a component in their prison code. For example, in PA Code Part 2709, harassment is defined as participating in the next behaviors with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another:Longitudinal and reciprocal relations of cyberbullying with melancholy, substance use, and problematic
